摘要 目的分析长期应用微生态制剂在肝硬化常见并发症预防中的应用效果。方法选取本院2017年1月至2017年12月接收的240例乙型肝炎肝硬化患者,根据入院单双号分为两组,各120例,对照组开展常规营养支持治疗,研究组在对照组基础上接受微生态制剂,准确评估肠道菌群状况,并统计并发症发生情况。结果治疗前,两组需氧菌肠杆菌、酵母样真菌、肠球菌、乳杆菌及厌氧菌双歧杆菌对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后的酵母样真菌较对照组偏低,而需氧菌肠杆菌、乳杆菌、肠球菌及厌氧菌双歧杆菌较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后自发性腹膜炎发生率、上消化道出血发生率、肝性脑病发生率均低于对照组,腹水消失率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微生态制剂对肝硬化常见并发症的预防效果明显,同时有助于改善肠道菌群。 Objective To analyze the effect of long-term application of microecological agents in the prevention of common complications of liver cirrhosis.Methods A total of 240 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017.They were divided into two groups according to the number of admission,120 cases in each group.The control group received routine nutritional support treatment,and the research group received microecological agents to accurately evaluate the status of intestinal flora,and to statistics the occurrence of complications.Results Before treatment,the two groups of aerobic bacteria enterobacter,yeast-like fungus,enterococcus,lactobacillus and anaerobic bacteria bifidobacterium were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the comparison of yeast-like fungi in the study group after treatment was lower than the control group,while the aerobic bacteria enterobacter,lactobacillus,enterococcus and anaerobic bacteria bifidobacterium were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of spontaneous peritonitis,upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,and hepatic encephalopathy in the study group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the disappearance rate of ascites was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of microecological agents in the prevention of common complications of liver cirrhosis is effective,and help to improve intestinal flora.
