玻璃体切割联合内界膜剥除治疗高度近视黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Vitrectomy Combined with Internal Limiting Membrane Peeling in the Treatment of Retinal Detachment with Macular Hole in High Myopia

目的探讨玻璃体切割联合内界膜剥除治疗高度近视黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离患者的临床效果。方法选取我院眼科2016年1月至2018年6月收治的60例高度近视黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离患者,对其临床资料进行统计分析,全部对象均接受玻璃体切割联合内界膜剥除治疗,对比术前和术后6个月的视力情况和生存质量。结果术后6个月,BCVA、AL、黄斑区最小、最大视网膜厚度和MxFT指标均明显低于术前,而VFQ-25评分明显高于术前(P<0.05)。结论针对高度近视黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离患者接受玻璃体切割联合内界膜剥除治疗,有助于改善患者的视力,提升其生存质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of vitrectomy combined with internal limiting membrane peeling in the treatment of macular hole retinal detachment with high myopia.Methods The clinical data of 60 cases of macular hole retinal detachment with high myopia treated in ophthalmology department of our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were analyzed.All the subjects were treated with vitrectomy combined with intimal membrane stripping.The visual acuity and observation indexes before and 6 months after operation were compared.Results After 6 months of operation,the results of BCVA,AL,minimum macular area,maximum retinal thickness and MxFT were significantly lower than those before operation,while VFQ-25 score was significantly higher than that before operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitrectomy combined with internal limiting membrane peeling is helpful to improve the visual acuity of patients with macular hole retinal detachment with high myopia and improve their quality of life.
