甲状腺良恶性结节常规超声诊断、超声弹性成像的诊断价值

Value of Routine Ultrasound Diagnosis and Ultrasound Elastography Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Thyroid Nodules

目的探究甲状腺良恶性结节常规超声诊断、超声弹性成像的诊断价值。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月医院收治的256例甲状腺结节的患者,分别应用超声弹性成像诊断(试验组)及常规超声诊断(对照组),对比不同方法的诊断效果。结果试验组检验甲状腺良恶性结节的准确率显著高于对照组,且试验组的灵敏度和特异度显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用超声弹性成像方式对甲状腺结节进行诊断,能够有效鉴别甲状腺结节的良恶性,诊断的灵敏度和特异度均较高。

Objective To explore the value of routine ultrasound diagnosis and ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods A total of 256 patients with thyroid nodules from May 2018 to May 2019 were enrolled in the study.Diagnosis using ultrasound elastography(test group)and conventional ultrasound diagnosis(control group)were used to compare the diagnostic effects of different methods.Results The accuracy of the test in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the sensitivity and specificity in the test group were significantly better than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnosis of thyroid nodules by ultrasonic elastography can effectively distinguish benign and malignant thyroid nodules,and the sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis are high.
