化疗配合莫西沙星和卷曲霉素治疗耐多药肺结核患者的效果

Effect of Chemotherapy Combined with Vesifloxacin and Caprethromycin in the Treatment of Multi-drugResistant Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的分析化疗配合莫西沙星和卷曲霉素治疗耐多药肺结核患者的效果。方法选取我院2017年12月至2019年1月收治的88例耐多药肺结核患者,所有患者均接受化疗治疗,依照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组44例。对照组实施莫西沙星治疗,研究组实施莫西沙星和卷曲霉素治疗,比较两组治疗后的血清因子以及治疗效果。结果治疗12个月后,研究组血清IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α、ADA、CRP均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组病灶吸收率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组症状改善时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组痰菌转阴时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者IgA、IgG、IgM、CD4^(+)水平均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耐多药肺结核患者在接受化疗治疗的同时可选择莫西沙星和卷曲霉素配合治疗,可有效调节机体血清细胞因子,改善患者症状。

Objective To study the effect of chemotherapy on moxifloxacin and capomycin in the treatment of multi-drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods We selected 88 patients with multi-drug resistant tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to January 2019.All patients received chemotherapy treatment.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and a study group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with moxifloxacin,and the study group was treated with moxifloxacin and capreomycin.The serum factors and therapeutic effects of the two groups after treatment were compared.Results After 12 months of treatment,serum IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α,ADA,and CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The absorption rate of lesions in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the time of symptom improvement in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);the time for sputum bacteria in the study group to turn negative was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgA,IgG,IgM,and CD4^(+)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of CD8^(+)were lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-drug resistant tuberculosis patients can choose moxifloxacin and capreomycin in combination with chemotherapy while receiving chemotherapy,which can effectively regulate the body's serum cytokines and improve the symptoms of patients.
