奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林治疗胃炎并胃溃疡的价值

Value of Omeprazole Combined with Amoxicillin in the Treatment of Gastritis Complicated with Gastric Ulcer

目的探讨奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林治疗在胃炎并胃溃疡中的应用意义。方法将在2019年1月至2020年6月收治的100例胃炎并胃溃疡患者作为研究人群。以随机数字表法方完成分组,将应用奥美拉唑治疗的50例患者设立为对照组,将应用奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林治疗的50例患者设立为观察组,疗程结束时开展指标对比,评价各自疗效、症状改善时间、幽门螺杆菌根除率、不良反应等。结果与对照组比较,观察组的治疗总有效率更高,差异显著(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组的各项症状(腹部疼痛、饱胀嗳气、饥饿不适)改善时间更短,差异显著(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组幽门螺杆菌根除率更高,差异显著(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率相当(P>0.05)。结论采用奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林对胃炎并胃溃疡患者开展治疗,疗效显著,可促进病情症状改善,安全性高。

Objective To clarify the application significance of omeprazole combined with amoxicillin in gastritis complicated with gastric ulcer.Methods One hundred patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer admitted from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the study population.According to the random number table method,50 patients treated with omeprazole were set up as the control group,and 50 patients treated with omeprazole combined with amoxicillin were set up as the observation group.At the end of the course of treatment,the indexes were compared to evaluate their respective efficacy,symptom improvement time,helicobacter pylori eradication rate,adverse reactions,etc.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of symptoms(abdominal pain,fullness and belching,hunger discomfort)in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The eradication rate of helicobacter pylori in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was similar between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Omeprazole combined with amoxicillin in the treatment of patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer,the curative effect is significant,can promote the improvement of symptoms,high safety.
