hr-HPV感染及CD163^(+)巨噬细胞表达与宫颈组织恶性病变程度相关性分析

Correlation between hr-HPV Infection and Expression of Macrophage and Cervical Malignant Lesions

目的研究分析hr-HPV感染及CD163^(+)巨噬细胞表达与宫颈组织恶性病变程度相关性。方法选取2012年1月至2015年1月在本中心治疗的120例宫颈组织病变患者,将其均分为3组,探讨其相关性。结果宫颈瘤变组、宫颈癌组中患者CD163^(+)巨噬细胞计数69.52个、133.13个,显著高于正常宫颈组织45.51个,差异有统计学意义P<0.05;宫颈瘤变组、宫颈癌组患者hr-HPV感染率80.00%、100.00%及hr-HPV病毒载量(690.14±795.03)RLU/CO、(893.11±974.21)RLU/CO显著高于正常宫颈组织患者15%、(274.22±614.12)RLU/CO,且其病毒载量随宫颈病变程度显著增长。结论CD163^(+)巨噬细胞的表达与患者淋巴结转移及FIGO分期密切相关,其与宫颈组织恶性病变的程度呈正相关。

Objective To study the correlation between hr-HPV infection and macrophage expression and the degree of cervical malignant lesions.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with cervical lesions were selected from January 2012 to January 2015.They were divided into three groups to explore their relevance.Result The number of macrophages(69.52)and(133.13)in cervical tumor group and cervical cancer group were significantly higher than those in normal cervical tissue(45.51),difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);hr-HPV infection rate(80%,100%)and hr-HPV viral load[(690.14±795.03)RLU/CO,(893.11±974.21)RLU/CO]were significantly higher in those in normal cervical tissue[15%,(274.22±614.12)RLU/CO]and the viral load increased significantly with the degree of cervical lesions.Conclusions The expression of CD163^(+)macrophages is closely related to lymph node metastasis and FIGO stage,it has a positive correlation with the degree of malignant cervical lesions.
