优质护理模式在妊娠期糖尿病合并妊娠期高血压产妇中的应用

Application of High-quality Nursing Model in Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes andHypertension during Pregnancy

目的研究分析优质护理模式在妊娠期糖尿病合并妊娠期高血压产妇中的临床应用效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月我院收入的64例妊娠期糖尿病合并妊娠期高血压产妇,将其随机均等分为研究组与对照组,每组各32例。予以对照组产妇常规围生期护理,对研究组产妇则采取优质护理模式,比较两组产妇护理7 d后的空腹血糖、血压情况以及不良事件发生率与护理满意度。结果研究组产妇护理7 d后的空腹血糖、血压指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组产妇的不良事件发生率显著低于对照组,而护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对合并患有妊娠期糖尿病与妊娠期高血压的产妇采取优质护理模式,能够更好的降低产妇的血糖与血压水平,从而有效降低发生不良事件的风险,产妇对护理的满意度更高。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical application effect of high-quality nursing model in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus complicated with gestational hypertension.Methods A total of 64 women with gestational diabetes mellitus and hypertension during pregnancy in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected,and they were randomly and equally divided into a study group and a control group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given regular perinatal care,and the study group was given a high-quality nursing model.The fasting blood glucose,blood pressure,incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups after 7 days of nursing.Results The fasting blood glucose and blood pressure indicators of the study group after 7 days of nursing were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting a high-quality nursing model for women with gestational diabetes and hypertension during pregnancy can better reduce the blood sugar and blood pressure levels of the mothers,thereby effectively reducing the risk of adverse events,and the mothers are more satisfied with nursing care.
