摘要
目的探讨艾滋病患者的心理护理干预方法及护理效果。方法将2017年5月至2019年2月我院收治的76例艾滋病患者随机分为观察组(予以心理护理干预+常规护理)和对照组(予以常规护理),各38例,观察两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的护理满意度和治疗依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预有助于减轻情绪因素对于艾滋病患者遵医行为的影响,改善其心理状态,促进治疗和护理工作的顺利开展。
Objective To explore the psychological nursing intervention methods and nursing effects of AIDS patients.Methods The 76 AIDS patients admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into an observation group(with psychological care intervention+routine care)and a control group(with routine care),each with 38 cases,and the nursing effects of the two groups were observed.Results The nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and the self-rating depression scale(SDS)score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective implementation of psychological nursing intervention can reduce the influence of emotional factors on the compliance behavior of AIDS patients and improve their psychological state,which is conducive to the smooth development of treatment and nursing work.
