产科优质护理对促进自然分娩的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Obstetric High-quality Nursing on Promoting Natural Delivery andReducing Cesarean Section Rate

目的评价产科优质护理对促进自然分娩的效果。方法选取2019年6月至2020年5月收治的94例产妇为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组各47例。对照组患者采用常规护理措施,观察组则为产科优质护理,分析分娩结局。结果观察组产妇的自然分娩率为85.10%(40/47),显著高于对照组的59.57%(29/47),P<0.05。观察组的焦虑和抑郁情绪评分分别为(39.88±12.46)分、(42.63±12.07)分,均低于对照组的(49.24±12.36)分、(47.74±10.22)分,P<0.05。结论采用优质护理措施有助于提升产妇自然分娩率,还有助于缓解产妇的焦虑情绪,从而提高产妇的护理满意度。

Objective To evaluate the effect of high-quality obstetric care on promoting natural childbirth.Methods A total of 94 parturients admitted from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 47 cases each.The patients in the control group received routine nursing measures,and the observation group received high-quality obstetric nursing to analyze the outcome of childbirth.Results The natural delivery rate of pregnant women in the observation group was 85.10%(40/47),which was significantly higher than that of the control group,59.57%(29/47),P<0.05.The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were(39.88±12.46)points and(42.63±12.07)points,which were lower than those of the control group(49.24±12.36)points and(47.74±10.22)points,P<0.05.Conclusion The adoption of high-quality nursing measures can improve the correct cognition of parturient,not only help to improve the natural delivery rate of parturient,reduce the incidence of cesarean section,which has clinical promotion value.
