糖尿病护理实施全程健康教育模式的分析

Analysis of the Whole-process Health Education Mode in Diabetes Care

目的探讨分析全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理干预中的效果。方法随机选取本院收治的102例糖尿病患者,均等分为51例对照组和51例试验组,对照组采用常规护理,试验组在对照组的基础上采用全程健康教育模式。对比两组患者的护理满意度、护理前后血糖变化情况,以及疾病相关知识掌握情况。结果护理前,两组糖尿病患者的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖差异不明显(P>0.05);护理后,试验组空腹血糖是(4.15±1.04)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖是(6.51±1.33)mmol/L,均优于对照组的(5.48±1.56)mmol/L、(9.02±2.48)mmol/L;试验组患者护理满意度98.04%,显著高于对照组的80.39%(P<0.05);此外,试验组经过全程的健康教育护理干预,疾病相关知识掌握评分(90.42±3.65)分,显著高于对照组的(70.34±4.13)分(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病护理干预中应用全程健康教育模式,不仅能通过患者疾病认知度的提升来促进患者血糖水平的控制,还能提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of whole-process health education mode in diabetes nursing intervention.Methods A total of 102 patients with diabetes admitted to our hospital were randomly selected and equally divided into control groups(n=51)and experimental groups(n=51).The control group adopted routine nursing and the experimental group adopted whole-process health education mode on the basis of the control group.The nursing satisfaction,blood sugar changes before and after nursing,and disease-related knowledge mastery were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the fasting blood glucose of the experimental group was(4.15±1.04)mmol/L,and the postprandial blood glucose was(6.51±1.33)mmol/L at 2h,which was better than that of the control group(5.48±1.56)mmol/L and(9.02±2.48)mmol/L;the satisfaction degree of patients in the experimental group was 98.04%,significantly higher than that in the control group(80.39%)(P<0.05).In addition,after the whole-process of health education and nursing intervention,the disease-related knowledge mastery score(90.42±3.65)of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.34±4.13)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of whole-process health education mode in diabetes nursing intervention can not only promote the control of blood sugar level of patients through the improvement of patients'disease awareness,but also improve patients'nursing satisfaction.
