肺心病合并慢性呼吸衰竭患者的临床护理要点分析

Clinical Nursing Points of Cor Pulmonale Complicated with Chronic Respiratory Failure

目的分析肺心病合并慢性呼吸衰竭患者的临床护理要点。方法选取2017年11月至2018年12月医院收治的90例肺心病合并慢性呼吸衰竭患者开展本次研究,随机将90例患者分为对照组和研究组,每组45例。对照组行常规护理,研究组行针对性护理,对比两组症状缓解时间、住院时间、临床症状评分、护理效果、并发症发生率。结果研究组症状缓解时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组临床症状评分、并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在肺心病合并慢性呼吸衰竭患者临床护理中实施针对性护理的效果显著,有助于改善患者的临床症状,促进患者快速康复。

Objective To analyze the key points of clinical nursing for patients with cor pulmonale complicated with chronic respiratory failure.Methods A total of 90 patients with pulmonary heart disease and chronic respiratory failure were selected from November 2017 to December 2018 to carry out this study.They were randomly divided into control group and research group,45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the research group received targeted nursing.The symptoms relief time,hospitalization time,clinical symptom score,nursing effect and incidence of complications were compared.Results The symptom relief time and hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of nursing care in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the clinical symptom score and the incidence of complications were lower in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of targeted nursing in the clinical nursing of patients with pulmonary heart disease and chronic respiratory failure is significant,which helps to improve the clinical symptoms of the patients and promote the rapid recovery of the patients.
