分娩镇痛配合体位护理对产妇镇痛效果及产程的影响

Effect of Labor Analgesia Combined with Postural Nursing on Analgesic Effect and Labor Process of Parturients

目的探究分娩镇痛配合体位护理对产妇镇痛效果及产程的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2016年12月在我院实施镇痛分娩配合体位护理的102例产妇作为研究对象,对其镇痛效果和产程情况进行综合评价。结果分娩镇痛配合体位护理有较好的镇痛效果,基本能实现有效镇痛,且产程情况较优,未出现难产、婴儿窒息等情况,产程活跃期时间明显缩短。结论在分娩时采取分娩镇痛配合体位护理能够提高镇痛效果,促进产妇正常分娩,有效的维护产妇母婴安全。

Objective To explore the effect of labor analgesia combined with posture nursing on the analgesic effect of parturient and labor process,and to find a more effective method for labor analgesia.Methods The data of 102 parturients who received analgesic delivery and postural nursing during delivery in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the research object,and the analgesic effect and labor process were comprehensively analyzed and commented.Results Labor analgesia combined with posture nursing has better analgesic effect,and can achieve effective analgesia.The labor process was better,without dystocia and infant asphyxia,and the active period of labor process was significantly shortened.Conclusion During parturition,taking labor analgesia combined with posture nursing can improve the analgesic effect,promote normal parturition,effectively safeguard the safety of maternal and infant.
