无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭患者的护理效果

Nursing Experience of Non-invasive Ventilator in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary DiseaseComplicated with Severe Respiratory Failure

目的分析无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭患者的护理效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年5月我院接收慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭共86例患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(开展常规护理)与观察组(开展综合护理干预),各43例,比较两组护理前后生命体征指标、血气分析指标及并发症发生情况。结果护理前,两组PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)及SaO_(2)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)及SaO_(2)较对照组改善更显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对应用无创呼吸机的慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭患者加强综合护理干预能改善其生命体征和血气分析指标,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To analyze the nursing method of non-invasive ventilator in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with severe respiratory failure.Methods A total of 86 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and severe respiratory failure in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019.According to the digital table method,43 patients were randomly divided into the control group(received routine nursing)and the observation group(received comprehensive nursing intervention).The vital signs,blood gas analysis indicators,complications of the patients before and after treatment were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant difference in PaO_(2),PaCO_(2) and SaO_(2) between the two groups(P>0.05).After the nursing,the PaO_(2),PaCO_(2) and SaO_(2) in the observation group were more significant than the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with severe respiratory failure using non-invasive ventilators can improve their vital signs and blood gas analysis indicators,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
