人性化护理管理模式对精神分裂症患者康复的影响

Humanized Nursing Management Model of Schizophrenics and Its Influence on Rehabilitation

目的探讨采用人性化护理管理模式对精神分裂症患者康复的影响。方法将我院2018年6月至2020年2月收治的58例精神分裂症患者按入院顺序的先后进行分组,干预组(29例):采用传统普通护理管理模式+人性化护理管理模式展开疾病护理;对照组(29例):采用传统普通护理管理模式展开疾病护理。对两组生活质量各项评分、NOSIE评分以及BPRS评分展开对比。结果干预组精神分裂症患者生理层次评分(92.29±2.52)分、生活能力层次评分(91.15±3.02)分、社会功能层次评分(90.88±3.25)分以及心理层次评分(92.02±5.03)分,均高于对照组的(80.25±2.53)分、(81.19±6.02)分、(79.85±2.56)分、(78.58±3.05)分(P<0.05);护理前,干预组精神分裂症患者NOSIE评分(211.32±44.06)分、BPRS评分(42.62±4.12)分,对照组分别为(213.65±42.12)分、(43.26±3.92)分,两组比较差异不明显(P>0.05);护理后,干预组NOSIE评分(315.25±52.72)分、BPRS评分(22.12±2.71)分优于对照组的(252.19±52.06)分以及(30.59±2.35)(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理管理模式的有效开展,对精神分裂症患者生活质量各项评分、NOSIE评分显著提升,BPRS评分显著降低,促进患者的康复,改善预后。

Objective To explore the influence of humanistic nursing management model on the recovery of schizophrenics after intervention.Methods Fifty-egiht patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to February 2020 were divided into groups by digital parity method.Intervention group(29 cases):the traditional nursing management mode+humanized nursing management mode was adopted to carry out disease nursing;control group(29 cases):the traditional nursing management model was used to carry out disease care;The quality of life scores,NOSIE scores and BPRS scores between groups were compared.Results The physiological score(92.29±2.52)poins,living ability score(91.15±3.02)poins,social function score(90.88±3.25)poins and psychological score(92.02±5.03)poins were significantly higher in the intervention group than in the control group(80.25±2.53)poins,(81.19±6.02)poins,(79.85±2.56)poins and(78.58±3.05)poins(P<0.05).Before nursing,NOSIE score(211.32±44.06)poins and BPRS score(42.62±4.12)poins of schizophrenia patients in the intervention group were not significantly different from that of the control group(213.65±42.12)poins and(43.26±3.92)poins(P>0.05).After nursing,NOSIE score(315.25±52.72)poins and BPRS score(22.12±2.71)poins in the intervention group were higher and lower than those in the control group(252.19±52.06)poins and(30.59±2.35)poins,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective development of humanized nursing management mode can significantly improve the scores of quality of life and NOSIE score of schizophrenics,significantly reduce the BPRS score,and ultimately realize the accelerated recovery and improved prognosis of schizophrenics.
