《湖南省生活污水处理一体化设备技术指南(试行)》解读

Explanation of Technical Guideline for Integrated Equipment for Wastewater Treatment of Hunan Province( Trial)

近年来,生活污水处理一体化设备在农村污水处理和城乡黑臭水体治理项目中有着广泛应用,但由于缺少生活污水处理一体化设备的技术标准,不能指导一体化设备的设计、制造、施工及运行维护,导致一体化设备在应用中出现市场混乱、职责不清、质量参差不齐等问题,给污水治理项目带来重大风险。为规范生活污水处理一体化设备的选用,提高污水处理设施建设质量和运行效果,2020年7月,湖南住房和城乡建设厅印发了《湖南省生活污水处理一体化设备技术指南(试行)》。该指南是国内第一个关于生活污水处理一体化设备的技术指导文件,对指导生活污水处理一体化设备的应用具有重大意义。分析了一体化设备在当前项目应用中存在的主要问题,对该指南的编制背景、目的、主要内容进行了解读,以期提高生活污水处理一体化设备的技术质量。

In recent years,integrated equipment for wastewater treatment has been widely used in rural wastewater treatment as well as black and odorous water treatment projects.However,due to the lack of technical standards for integrated domestic sewage treatment equipment,it cannot guide the design,manufacture,construction and operation maintenance of integrated equipment,resulting in market confusion,unclear responsibilities and uneven quality in the application of integrated equipment which brings great risks to the wastewater treatment projects.In order to standardize the selection of integrated equipment for wastewater treatment and improve the construction level and performance of wastewater treatment facilities,the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Hunan Province issued the Technical Guideline for Integrated Equipment for Wastewater Treatment of Hunan Province(Trial)in July 2020.The guide is the first technical standard of integrated equipment for wastewater treatment in China,which is of great significance to guide the application of integrated equipment for wastewater treatment.This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the application of integrated equipment for wastewater treatment in the current projects,and interprets the background,purpose and main contents of the guideline,with the hope to improve the technical quality of the domestic integrated sewage treatment equipment.
