胰岛素联合利拉鲁肽治疗肥胖2型糖尿病的效果

The Effect of Insulin Combined with Liraglutide on Obesity Type 2 Diabetes

目的探讨胰岛素联合利拉鲁肽对肥胖2型糖尿病患者的治疗效果。方法选取80例2018年9月—2020年6月该院收治的肥胖2型糖尿病患者作为研究目标,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予胰岛素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合利拉鲁肽治疗。治疗3个月后对比患者治疗前后胰岛功能相关指标变化情况;对比患者血脂、血糖水平;对比患者不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者治疗后,观察组血糖和血脂水平均优于治疗前且优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组胰岛功能相关指标均改善情况优于对照组和治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率(10.0%和17.5%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胰岛素联合利拉鲁肽治疗能显著改善肥胖2型糖尿病患者血糖和血脂水平以及胰岛功能,疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of insulin combined with liraglutide on obese type 2 diabetes patients.Methods Eighty patients with obese type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from September 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research target,and were divided into a control group(40 cases)and an observation group(40 cases)using a random number table method.The control group was treated with insulin on the basis of conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with liraglutide on the basis of the control group.After 3 months of treatment,the changes in related indexes of pancreatic islet function before and after treatment were compared;the blood lipids and blood glucose levels of the patients were compared;the occurrence of adverse reactions was compared.Results After treatment of the two groups of patients,the blood glucose and blood lipid levels of the observation group were better than those before treatment and better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of the related indexes of islet function in the observation group was better than that of the control group and before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions(10.0%and 17.5%)between the two groups was not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion Insulin combined with liraglutide therapy can significantly improve blood glucose and blood lipid levels and islet function in obese type 2 diabetic patients.The effect is significant and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
