研究合并2型糖尿病乳腺癌患者的临床病理学特征及其与预后的关系

Study on the Clinicopathological Characteristics of Breast Cancer Patients with Type 2 Diabetes and Their Relationship with Prognosis

目的探讨对合并2型糖尿病乳腺癌患者的临床病理学特征和预后效果之间关系。方法2015年2月-2016年2月在该院就诊的合并2型糖尿病乳腺癌患者中抽取46例作为实验组,在同时期抽取非糖尿病乳腺癌患者46例作为参照组,对两组患者的临床病理学特征和预后效果进行分析。结果与参照组进行比较,实验组50岁之上的例数较多,绝经后例数较多,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相比于参照组,实验组其T2期以及之上的例数、淋巴结阳性的例数、Ⅱ/Ⅲ期患者例数均较多,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病是乳腺癌发生、淋巴结转移等影响因素,乳腺癌伴有2型糖尿病患者的病理T分期与临床分期较晚,淋巴结转移较多,具有较高的复发转移率,伴有2型糖尿病乳腺癌患者的预后效果不佳,因此需重视术后复查和随访工作。

Objective To investigate the relationship between clinicopathological characteristics and prognostic effects of breast cancer patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods The study period was from February 2015 to February 2016.46 cases of breast cancer patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in the hospital were selected as the experimental group,and 46 cases of non-diabetic breast cancer patients were selected as the reference group during the same period.The clinicopathological characteristics and prognostic effects of the two groups of patients were analyzed.Results Compared with the reference group,there were more people in the experimental group over the age of 50,and more people after menopause;the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the reference group,the number of people in the experimental group at T2 and above with positive lymph nodes and the number of patients with stage II/III were relatively large,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Type 2 diabetes mellitus is the influencing factor of breast cancer occurrence and lymph node metastasis.The pathological T stage and clinical stage of breast cancer patients with type 2 diabetes are late,and there are more lymph node metastases,with a higher recurrence and metastasis rate,accompanied by type 2 diabetes.The prognosis of diabetic breast cancer patients is not good,so postoperative review and follow-up work should be emphasized.
