应用流程图对糖尿病患者进行健康教育的方法与效果

Method and Effect of Health Education for Diabetic Patients by Using Flowchart

目的探讨分析应用流程图对糖尿病患者进行健康教育的方法与效果。方法选取2019年2月—2020年5月于该院收治的100例糖尿病住院患者作为研究对象,按随机数字法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。其中,对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组应用流程图实施健康教育,在两组教育完毕,出院当天获取相关数据,并采用统计学方法进行对比分析。结果经过健康教育分析,观察组50例患者的健康教育效果(基础知识、健康作息、饮食干预、运动干预、血糖监测、药物知识、并发症预防)明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组干预后的血糖相关指标水平明显下降,观察组50例干预后的血糖相关指标水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者采用基于流程图的健康教育,可以有效提高糖尿患者对疾病相关知识的掌握程度,可有效改善患者的血糖控制效果,也可加速患者血糖水平的稳定以及加速患者的康复。

Objective To explore the methods and effects of analyzing and applying flowcharts for health education for patients with diabetes.Methods A total of 100 inpatients with diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number method,with 50 patients in each group.Among them,the control group was given regular health education,and the observation group used the flow chart to implement health education.After the two groups of education were completed,relevant data was obtained on the day of discharge,and statistical methods were used for comparative analysis.Results After health education analysis,the health education effects(basic knowledge,healthy schedule,diet intervention,exercise intervention,blood glucose monitoring,drug knowledge,prevention of complications)of the observation group of 50 patients were significantly better than those of the control group,with statistically significantly difference(P<0.05).The blood glucose-related index levels of the two groups after intervention were significantly decreased.The blood glucose-related index levels of 50 cases in the observation group after intervention were significantly lower than those of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of flowchart-based health education for diabetic patients can effectively improve the knowledge of disease-related knowledge of diabetic patients,can effectively improve the blood glucose control effect of patients,and can also accelerate the stability of blood glucose level of patients and accelerate the recovery of patients,which can be promoted.
