探讨全身麻醉和硬膜外麻醉对糖尿病患者围手术期血糖的影响

Exploration on the Effect of General Anesthesia and Epidural Anesthesia on Perioperative Blood Glucose in Diabetic Patients

目的探讨全身麻醉和硬膜外麻醉对糖尿病患者围手术期血糖的影响。方法选择2018年1月—2019年12月该院收治的80例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,并按其入院日的奇偶数,分为观察组(40例,采用硬膜外麻醉方式)和对照组(40例,采用全身麻醉方式),对比两组患者术后的血糖水平、基本手术情况、血流动力学指标。结果与对照组相比,观察组术后血糖水平更低,基本手术情况更优,血流动力学指标更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病围手术期患者实施硬膜外麻醉方式,能帮助糖尿病患者更好地控制围手术期的血液变化,提升患者的治疗效果。

Objective To analyze and explore the effects of general anesthesia and epidural anesthesia on perioperative blood glucose in diabetic patients.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,80 patients with diabetes who were admitted in the hospital were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group(40 cases,using epidural anesthesia)and the control group(40 cases,under general anesthesia)according to the odd and even number of their admission days,the postoperative blood glucose levels,basic surgical conditions,and hemodynamic indicators of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower postoperative blood glucose levels,better basic operation conditions,and lower hemodynamic indicators.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying epidural anesthesia to diabetic patients during perioperative period can help diabetic patients better control the blood changes during perioperative period and improve the treatment effect of patients.
