血清C肽与糖化血红蛋白联合检验对早期糖耐量受损病人的应用效果

Application Effect of Combined Test of Serum C-peptide and Glycosylated Hemoglobin on Patients with Early Impaired Glucose Tolerance

目的研究血清C肽与糖化血红蛋白联合检验在早期糖耐量受损诊断上的临床应用价值。方法选取2019年5月—2020年5月在该院接受治疗的80例早期糖耐量受损患者作为观察组,另选取同期于该院接受健康检查的80名健康人作为对照组。两组研究对象均接受空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖检测、血清C肽与糖化血红蛋白检验,并比较两组研究对象的血糖检测结果、血清C肽与糖化血红蛋白检验结果进行组间对比。结果通过对比两组的血糖值,观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖值均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的血清C肽水平明显低于对照组,糖化血红蛋白水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用血清C肽与糖化血红蛋白联合检验可为早期糖耐量受损患者的早期诊断提供科学依据,同时可用于评估早期糖耐量受损患者的疾病发生和发展情况,优势突出。

Objective To study the clinical application value of the combined test of serum C-peptide and glycosylated hemoglobin in the diagnosis of early impaired glucose tolerance.Methods Eighty patients with early impaired glucose tolerance who received treatment in the hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 80 healthy people who received health examinations in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups of subjects received fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose test,serum C-peptide and glycosylated hemoglobin test,and compared the blood glucose test results,serum c-peptide and glycosylated hemoglobin test results of the two groups for comparison.Results By comparing the blood glucose values of the two groups,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose values of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the serum C peptide level of the observation group was significant lower than the control group,the level of glycosylated hemoglobin was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined test of serum C-peptide and glycosylated hemoglobin can provide a scientific basis for the early diagnosis of patients with early impaired glucose tolerance,and can be used to evaluate the occurrence and development of early impaired glucose tolerance patients.It has outstanding advantages.
