α-硫辛酸注射液对糖尿病肾病患者的治疗价值分析

Analysis of the Therapeutic Value ofα-lipoic Acid Injection in Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

目的研究在治疗糖尿病肾病疾病中应用α-硫辛酸注射液的临床效果。方法对该院在2018年8月—2020年5月收治的88例糖尿病肾病患者进行研究,对患者进行序号排列,奇数看做对比组,偶数看做研究组,每组44例。对比组患者行常规疾病治疗,研究组患者在常规疾病治疗基础上行α-硫辛酸注射液,对比两组患者用药前后血糖变化、肾功能情况、氧化应激指标变化。结果与对比组相比,研究组患者用药后血糖情况更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对比组相比,研究组患者用药后肾功能更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对比组相比,研究组患者用药后氧化应激指标更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗糖尿病肾病疾病中应用α-硫辛酸注射液的临床效果显著,患者用药后血糖指标控制情况和肾功能恢复较好。

Objective To study the clinical effect ofα-lipoic acid injection in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods A study was conducted on 88 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to the hospital from August 2018 to May 2020.The patients were ranked,the odd numbers were regarded as the comparison group,and the even numbers were regarded as the study group,with 44 patients in each group.Patients in the comparison group received conventional disease treatment,and patients in the study group receivedα-lipoic acid injection on the basis of conventional disease treatment.The blood glucose changes,renal function changes and oxidative stress indicators of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Compared with the comparison group,patients in the study group had better blood glucose after medication,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the comparison group,patients in the study group had better renal function after medication,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);patients in the study group had better oxidative stress indicators after medication,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect ofα-lipoic acid injection in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy is significant.The blood glucose index and the recovery of renal function are better after the patient's medication.
