细节护理在终末期糖尿病肾病患者血液透析治疗中的应用效果

Application Effect of Detailed Nursing in Hemodialysis Treatment of Patients with End-stage Diabetic Nephropathy

目的研究细节护理在终末期糖尿病肾病患者血液透析治疗中的实施效果。方法收集2018年1月—2019年10月该院行血液透析治疗的92例终末期糖尿病肾病患者,按照入院先后顺序分为两组,为46例实验组患者提供细节护理干预,为46例参照组患者提供常规护理方案。比较两组患者血糖水平和并发症发生率情况。结果实验组患者的空腹血糖指标、餐后2 h血糖指标均优于参照组,实验组患者的并发症发生率为6.52%,较比参照组的28.26%显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在终末期糖尿病肾病患者接受血液透析治疗期间,予以细节护理干预,对控制血糖指标、预防相关并发症均有积极帮助。

Objective To study the effect of detailed nursing in hemodialysis treatment of patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 92 patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy who underwent hemodialysis treatment in the hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were collected and divided into two groups according to the order of admission,providing detailed nursing interventions for 46 patients in the experimental group,as a reference for 46 cases provided routine care plan.Compare the blood glucose levels and the incidence of complications between the two groups Results The fasting blood glucose index and the 2 h postprandial blood glucose index of the experimental group were better than those of the reference group.The complication rate of the experimental group was 6.52%,which was significantly lower than the 28.26%of the reference group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the period of hemodialysis treatment in patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy,detailed nursing intervention is provided to actively help control blood glucose indicators and prevent related complications.
