糖尿病产妇施行全程助产护理模式对分娩质量的干预价值

Intervention Value of Implementing Whole-process Midwifery Nursing Model for Diabetic Women on Delivery Quality

目的研究糖尿病产妇实施全程助产护理模式对其分娩质量产生的影响。方法选择2018年6月—2020年3月期间120例到该院进行分娩的糖尿病产妇按照入院挂号尾数的奇偶数随机分为两组,奇数为观察组(60例),偶数为对照组(60例)。为对照组应用传统的护理模式进行指导,观察组通过全程助产模式进行指导,比较不同干预以后的分娩情况。结果观察组剖宫产发生率低于对照组,新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的发生率低于对照组,新生儿低血糖事件的发生率低于对照组,产妇不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);产后,观察组的空腹血糖值、餐后2 h血糖值、糖化血红蛋白、产后出血量都明显比对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对糖尿病产妇通过全程助产护理模式进行干预可有效的提升整体分娩的质量,降低母婴不安全事件的发生率,维持产妇的血糖水平,减少出血量,是一种有效的护理手段。

Objective To study the effect of implementing the whole-process midwifery nursing model on the delivery quality of diabetic women.Methods From June 2018 to March 2020,120 diabetic women who came to the hospital for delivery were randomly divided into two groups according to the odd and even numbers of the admission mantissa,the odd number was the observation group(60 cases),and the even number was the control group(60 cases).The control group was guided by the traditional nursing model,and the observation group was guided by the whole-course midwifery model to compare the delivery conditions after different interventions.Results The incidence of cesarean section in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the incidence of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome was lower than that of the control group,the incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia was lower than that of the control group,and the incidence of maternal adverse events was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after delivery,the fasting blood glucose value,2 h postprandial blood glucose value,glycosylated hemoglobin,and postpartum hemorrhage of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical intervention for diabetic women through the whole-course midwifery care model can effectively improve the overall quality of delivery,reduce the incidence of maternal and infant unsafe events,maintain maternal blood glucose levels,and reduce bleeding.It is an effective nursing method.
