分析糖尿病护理小组与常规护理方式对糖尿病患者护理效果

Analyze the Nursing Effect of Diabetes Care Team and Conventional Nursing Methods on Diabetic Patients

目的分析不同护理方法用于糖尿病患者临床护理中的效果,以期促进糖尿病护理小组建设及推广过程。方法选择2018年7月—2020年2月收治的70例糖尿病患者,依照随机数表法分为传统组、试验组,每组35例。传统组接受常规护理模式,试验组推行糖尿病护理小组模式。记录各组护理前后血糖、遵医行为,在组间做出比较分析。结果干预后,两组患者遵医嘱行为均和干预前相比有很大改善,试验组改善程度比传统组更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组患者血糖(FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c)水平均低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论和常规护理相比较,糖尿病护理小组实施阶段更能获得患者的配合,提升他们遵医嘱的依从性,能更为有效控制血糖水平。

Objective To analyze the effects of different nursing methods used in the clinical care of diabetic patients,in order to promote the construction and promotion of diabetes care teams.Methods Select 70 diabetic patients admitted from July 2018 to February 2020,and divide them into traditional group and experimental group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The traditional group received the conventional nursing model,and the experimental group implemented the diabetes care group model,and the blood glucose and compliance behavior before and after nursing were compared and analyzed between groups.Results After the intervention,the two groups of patients'compliance behaviors were greatly improved compared with that before the intervention.The improvement of the experimental group was more significant than that of the traditional group,and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the blood glucose(FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c)levels of the experimental group were lower than the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional care,the diabetes care team can get more cooperation from patients during the implementation phase,improve their compliance with doctors'orders,and control blood glucose levels more effectively.
