循证护理对老年2型糖尿病合并高血压病患者的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Evidence-based Nursing on Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes and Hypertension

目的探讨循证护理对老年2型糖尿病合并高血压病患者的效果。方法选择该院内分泌科2018年3月—2019年9月收治的106例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者为研究对象,奇偶数法随机分为两组,每组53例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施循证护理干预。观察与比较两组患者护理前后血糖指标、血压达标率、生活质量评分。结果护理前,两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组空腹血糖餐后2 h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白值均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后观察组血压达标率明显高于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年2型糖尿病合并高血压患者实施行政护理可以更有效地控制患者血糖与血压,能够提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension.Methods The 106 patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension who were admitted to the Department of Endocrinology in the hospital from March 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects.The odd and even number method was randomly divided into two groups,with 53 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing intervention,and the observation group implemented evidence-based nursing intervention.Observe and compare the blood glucose index,blood pressure compliance rate,quality of life score of the two groups before and after nursing.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After nursing,the fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin values of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 2 hours after meal,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the blood pressure compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of administrative care for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension can more effectively control the patient's blood glucose and blood pressure,and can improve the patient's quality of life.
