术后综合性护理措施对糖尿病合并高血压脑出血患者的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Postoperative Comprehensive Nursing Measures on Patients with Diabetes and Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的分析术后综合性护理措施在临床中对糖尿病合并高血压脑出血患者的护理效果。方法选择2018年11月—2019年8月时段到该院接受治疗的96例糖尿病合并高血压脑出血患者,予以随机数字表法方式分组,分为对照组以及观察组,每组48例,对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组接受综合性护理措施干预,对两组患者干预前后HAMA、HAMD评分、血糖指标水平以及护理满意度情况进行观察。结果干预前,两组患者HAMA、HAMD评分以及血糖水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者HAMA、HAMD评分以及血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率12.50%明显较对照组29.17%低。差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.042,P<0.05);观察组护理满意度97.92%明显较对照组72.92%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.042,P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病合并高血压脑出血患者,术后行综合性护理措施干预,可有效改善心理状况,并降低并发症发生率,提升护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect of postoperative comprehensive nursing measures for patients with diabetes and hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Selected 96 patients with diabetes and hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who were treated in the hospital from November 2018 to August 2019.They were grouped by random number table and divided into control group and observation group,each with 48 cases,the control group received general nursing interventions,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing interventions.The HAMA,HAMD scores,blood glucose index levels,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed before and after the intervention.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in HAMA,HAMD scores and blood glucose levels between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after intervention,the HAMA,HAMD scores and blood glucose levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of 12.50%in the observation group was significantly lower than 29.17%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.042,P<0.05);97.92%of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than 72.92%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.042,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with diabetes and hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,comprehensive nursing intervention after operation can effectively improve the psychological status,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
