前列地尔联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究 被引量:5

Clinical Study of Alprostadil Combined with Lipoic Acid in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

摘要 目的探讨前列地尔联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究。方法选取该院2018年9月—2020年1月收治的124例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,使用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组以及研究组,对照组接受前列地尔治疗,研究组接受前列地尔联合硫辛酸治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组的传导速度、多伦多临床神经病变量表(TCSS)评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组腓总神经与正中神经的运动传导速度(MNCV)、感觉传导速度(SNCV)高于对照组,TCSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=18.588、14.536、9.865、8.270、46.917,P<0.05);研究组的治疗总有效率95.16%高于对照组治疗总有效率83.87%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病周围神经病变接受前列地尔联合硫辛酸治疗,能够有效的改善腓总神经与正中神经的传导速度,缓解周围神经病变。 Objective To investigate the clinical study of alprostadil combined with lipoic acid in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods 124 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted in the hospital from September 2018 to January 2020 were selected.The patients were divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method.The control group received alprostadil treatment,and the study group received the Alprostadil combined with lipoic acid treatment,compared the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients.Results Before treatment,there was not difference in conduction velocity and Toronto Clinical Neuropathy Variables Scale(TCSS)score between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the motor conduction velocity(MNCV)and sensory conduction velocity of the common peroneal nerve and median nerve(SNCV)were higher than the control group,and the TCSS score was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=18.588,14.536,9.865,8.270,46.917,P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.16%higher than the total effective rate of the control group was 83.87%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with alprostadil combined with lipoic acid can effectively improve the conduction velocity of common peroneal nerve and median nerve and relieve peripheral neuropathy.
