摘要
目的研究辅以膳食辨证治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法该次纳入2018年7月—2019年6月收治的84例糖尿病肾病患者展开研究,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组40例实施常规治疗和饮食控制,观察组44例辅以膳食辨证治疗。将两组的相关指标进行比对。结果观察组患者干预后的血糖水平、Scr水平低于对照组,BUN、CysC水平以及临床总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的体质指数、ALB水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病肾病患者治疗中应用饮食干预辅助性治疗可促进临床疗效提升,较好地改善血糖水平、肾功能,还可减轻营养不良发生风险。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of supplemented diet for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods 84 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted from July 2018 to June 2019 were included in the study.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.40 patients in the control group received conventional treatment and diet control,and 44 patients in the observation group were supplemented with diet based on syndrome differentiation.Compared the relevant indicators of the two groups.Results The blood glucose levels and Scr levels of the observation group after intervention were lower than those of the control group,and the BUN,CysC levels and the total clinical effective rate were better than those of the control group.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group's physical fitness index and ALB level after treatment were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dietary intervention adjuvant therapy in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy can promote the improvement of clinical efficacy,better improve blood glucose levels,renal function,and reduce the risk of malnutrition.
