胰岛素治疗的肥胖2型糖尿病患者加用利拉鲁肽的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Adding Liraglutide to Obese Type 2 Diabetic Patients Treated with Insulin

目的分析肥胖2型糖尿病患者使用胰岛素治疗加用利拉鲁肽的临床效果。方法从本院2020年1月至2021年1月收治的肥胖2型糖尿病患者中选择60例,按照不同的治疗方式将其分为对照组(n=30)和试验组(n=30),其中对照组患者采取单一胰岛素治疗,而试验组患者则在对照组基础上加用利拉鲁肽治疗。治疗2个月后对两组的空腹血糖、饭后2 h血糖与治疗效率进行对比。结果试验组治疗总有效率为83.33%,高于对照组的53.33%(χ^(2)=6.239,P=0.012)。治疗前两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖两组数据差异无统计学意义(t=0.465、0.577,P=0.644、0.566)。治疗2个月后,试验组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖低于对照组(t=5.234、4.679,P=0.000、0.000)。结论在治疗肥胖2型糖尿病患者过程中采取胰岛素加用利拉鲁肽可以获得较好的临床效果,不但可以提升实际治疗总有效率,还可以使患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖保持在良好水平。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of insulin therapy plus liraglutide in obese patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods From January 2020 to January 2021,60 obese patients with type 2 diabetes were selected and divided into control group(n=30)and experimental group(n=30)according to different treatment methods.Patients in the control group were treated with single insulin,while patients in the test group were treated with liraglutide on the basis of the control group.The fasting blood glucose,2 h post-meal blood glucose and the treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups after observing the treatment for 2 months.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 83.33%,which was higher than 53.33%in the control group(χ^(2)=6.239,P=0.012).There was no statistically significant difference in the fasting blood glucose between the two groups of patients before treatment and the blood glucose 2 h after meals between the two groups(t=0.465,0.577,P=0.644,0.566).After 2 months of treatment,the fasting blood glucose and blood glucose 2 h after meals of the test group were lower than those of the control group(t=5.234,4.677,P=0.000,0.000).Conclusion In the treatment of obese type 2 diabetic patients,the use of insulin plus liraglutide can achieve better clinical effects.It can not only improve the actual treatment efficiency,but also keep the fasting blood glucose and blood glucose of the patient 2 hours after meals at a good level.
