摘要
目的探究四肢骨折治疗中微创经皮锁定加压钢板的应用效果。方法将2016年5月至2020年5月在我院接受治疗的92例四肢骨折患者视为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,甲组采用传统切开复位钢板内固定术进行治疗,乙组采用微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定术进行治疗,对比两组围手术期指标、骨折恢复效果、术后疼痛评分、并发症发生情况,结果乙组术中出血量、手术时间、骨折愈合时间、住院时间、骨折愈合优良率均优于甲组,术后3 d、7 d VAS评分以及并发症发生率均低于甲组(P<0.05)。结论四肢骨折应用微创经皮锁定加压钢板治疗效果理想,可促进骨折愈合,减轻患者疼痛,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate in the treatment of limb fractures.Methods Ninety-two patients with limb fractures who were treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2020 were regarded as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table.Group A was treated with traditional open reduction and internal fixation with steel plate.Group B used minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation.The perioperative indexes,fracture recovery effect,postoperative pain score,and complications of the two groups were compared.Results Intraoperative blood loss,operation time,fracture healing time,hospitalization time,and fracture healing rate in group B were better than those in group A,and the VAS scores and complication rates were lower than those in group A at 3 and 7 days after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate in the treatment of limb fractures is ideal,which can promote fracture healing,reduce patient pain,and reduce the incidence of complications.
