环磷酰胺与泼尼松对提高高龄系统性红斑狼疮患者痊愈的效果

Effect of Cyclophosphamide and Prednisone on Improving the Recovery of Elderly Patients with Systemic LupusErythematosus

目的探讨环磷酰胺与泼尼松对提高高龄系统性红斑狼患者痊愈的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在辽宁省大连市友谊医院风湿免疫科的80例高龄系统性红斑狼患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组40例患者在提供泼尼松治疗的基础上加用环磷酰胺治疗;对照组40例患者单纯泼尼松治疗。比较两组患者的IgA、IgG和IgM水平及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后试验组的IgA、IgG和IgM水平以及不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论环磷酰胺联合泼尼松可有效降低系统性红斑狼疮患者的IgA、IgG和IgM水平,提高临床疗效,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of cyclophosphamide and prednisone on improving the recovery of elderly systemic erythema Wolf patients.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,80 elderly patients with systemic erysipelas were selected from the department of Rheumatology and Immunology,Dalian Friendship Hospital.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by random number grouping.In the experimental group,40 patients were treated with cyclophosphamide in addition to prednisolone.In the control group,40 patients were treated with prednisone.The levels of IgA,IgG and IgM and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared in the two groups.Results After treatment,IgA,IgG and IgM levels and incidence of adverse reactions were lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cyclophosphamide combined with prednisone can effectively reduce the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus,improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the incidence of complications.
