大连市部分早产儿出院后首次随访宫外发育迟缓的相关因素分析

摘要 目的探讨大连市早产儿出院后首次随访时宫外发育迟缓(EUGR)的情况及影响因素。方法选取2017年12月至2018年2月到大连市妇幼保健院高危儿门诊首次随访的654例早产儿作为研究对象,收集早产儿的基本临床资料,评估患儿EUGR情况并采用统计学软件分析EUGR的影响因素。结果出生胎龄<34周、出生体质量<2000 g、宫内发育迟缓(IUGR)、矫正胎龄<40周和非强化营养早产儿发生EUGR的风险增加(P<0.05)。结论EUGR与早产儿的出生胎龄、出生体质量、IUGR、矫正胎龄及强化营养情况有关,产前需做好孕期保健,以减少低体质量新生儿和IUGR的发生率,产后加强早产儿的营养干预可降低EUGR的发生率。 Objective To explore the situation and influencing factors of ectopic growth retardation(EUGR)in the first follow-up of premature infants in Dalian.Methods From December 2017 to February 2018,654 preterm infants who were followed up for the first time in the high-risk infant clinic of Dalian Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were selected as the research objects.The basic clinical data of preterm infants were collected,the EUGR status of the infants was evaluated and the influencing factors of extrauterine growth retardation were analyzed by SPSS software.Results Preterm infants born with gestational age<34 weeks,birth weight<2000 g,intrauterine growth retardation(IUGR),corrected gestational age<40 weeks,and non-intensive nutrition preterm infants have an increased risk of EUGR(P<0.05).Conclusion Ectopic growth retardation is related to the gestational age,birth weight,IUGR,corrected gestational age and intensive nutrition of preterm infants.Prenatal health care can reduce the incidence of low birth weight infants and IUGR,and postpartum nutrition intervention can reduce the incidence of EUGR.
