Objective Analysis of the causes of unqualified clinical blood test specimens and discussion of countermeasures. Methods From June 2018 to February 2019,1200 peoples who underwent routine blood tests were selected as subjects. All subjects were routinely collected blood and collected from blood. The specimens were sent to the laboratory for blood routine examination, the proportion of unqualified blood test specimens was analyzed, and the factors for unqualified blood routine tests were investigated, and relevant investigations and summaries were conducted. Results Of the 1200 peoples who underwent blood tests,82 peoples were unqualified blood samples, accounting for 6.83%.The conclusions led to the failure of blood test specimens in clinical blood tests, including 21 peoples of hemolysis,18 peoples of coagulation factors,16 peoples of improper use of coagulant,15 peoples of specimens were not sent in time, and 12 peoples of specimens were too small, accounting for 25.61%,21.95%,19.51%,18.29%and 14.63%,respectively.Conclusions In the clinical routine blood test, the factors that lead to the unqualified blood samples are manifested in many aspects, mainly in the aspects of hemolysis, coagulation, improper use of anticoagulants, untimely delivery of specimens, and too small sample samples.Targeted interventions based on these relevant factors are needed to greatly improve the pass rate of blood routine specimens.
