Causes and Preventive Measures of Unqualified Body Fluid Samples

目的探究导致体液标本检验不合格的原因,并总结预防性措施。方法本试验纳入我院2019年1~12月收集的体液检验标本500例,回顾性分析其检验结果,找出不合格的检验标本,分析不合格的原因,并提出有效的预防性举措。结果在本组500例体液标本中,检验不合格率最高的是尿液标本,其次是前列腺液标本和痰液标本;经分析,体液标本被污染、送检不及时、标本采集不规范、标本凝固、容器错误均可导致体液标本检验不合格。结论引起体液标本检验不合格的原因较多,如体液标本被污染、送检不及时、采集不规范、标本凝固、容器错误,临床可通过一系列相关举措进行有效预防,降低体液标本检验不合格率。

Objective To explore the causes of unqualified body fluid samples and preventive measures.Methods 500 samples of body fluid samples collected in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were included in the experiment,and the test results were analyzed retrospectively to find out the unqualified test samples,analyze the unqualified reasons,and put forward effective preventive measures.Results Among the 500 body fluid samples,the highest unqualified rate was urine samples,followed by prostatic fluid samples and sputum samples.After analysis,contaminated body fluid specimens,untimely inspection,nonstandard specimen collection,specimen solidification and container error can all lead to unqualified body fluid specimens.Conclusion There are many reasons for unqualified body fluid samples,such as contaminated body fluid samples,untimely inspection,nonstandard specimen collection,specimen solidification and container error.A series of relevant measures can be taken to effectively prevent and reduce the unqualified rate of body fluid samples.
