中药房药师开展中药学服务的方法与价值

Methods and Value of Traditional Chinese Medicine Service by Pharmacists in Chinese Herbal Medicine

目的分析中药房药师开展中药学服务的方法与价值。方法选择2019年2月至2020年2月该院收治的100例接受中药治疗的患者作为研究对象,分别设为对照组(50例,开展常规中药用药服务)和试验组(50例,开展中药学服务),并对两组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生率、治疗前后健康水平进行观察对比。结果两组患者在接受中药治疗后,试验组患者总有效率、不良反应发生率、健康水平评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药师对中药治疗患者采用中药学服务可以使患者获得更好的临床疗效,改善患者的健康情况。

Objective To analyze the methods and value of Chinese pharmacy pharmacists in providing Chinese pharmacy services.Methods Select 100 patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine in the hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 as the research objects,and set them as the control group(50 cases,carrying out conventional Chinese medicine service)and the experimental group(50 cases,carrying out Chinese medicine service),and observe and compare the treatment effect,the incidence of adverse reactions,and the health level of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results After the two groups of patients received traditional Chinese medicine treatment,the total effective rate,the incidence of adverse reactions,and the health level score of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The pharmacist's use of Chinese pharmacy services for patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine can enable patients to obtain better clinical effects and improve their health.
