循证护理在无痛分娩产程护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Evidence-based Nursing in Painless Childbirth and Labor Process Nursing

目的分析无痛分娩产程护理中应用循证护理的效果。方法选取2019年6月至2020年6月本院收治行无痛分娩的98例产妇为研究对象,随机平均分为两组各49例。对照组采用传统护理;试验组采用循证护理。对比两组产妇的分娩结局、护理满意度及产妇并发症发生率。结果试验组自然分娩率及护理满意度分别为93.87%、95.91%均高于对照组的75.51%、77.55%,产妇并发症发生率(2.04%)低于对照组(14.28%)(P<0.05);试验组产妇的总产程时间、剖宫产率、阴道助产率、自然分娩率、新生儿窒息率与产后出血量均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无痛分娩产程中采用循证护理能有效提高自然分娩率,减少产妇与新生儿不良事件发生率。

Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing in painless delivery during labor.Methods From June 2019 to June 2020,98 patients with painless delivery in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into two groups,49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional nursing.The experimental group received evidence-based nursing.The childbirth outcome,nursing satisfaction and incidence of maternal complications were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of natural delivery and nursing satisfaction in experimental group were 93.87%and 95.91%,respectively,which were higher than that in control group(75.51%,77.55%).The incidence of maternal complications(2.04%)was lower than that in control group(14.28%)(P<0.05).The total labor time,cesarean section rate,vaginal delivery rate,natural delivery rate,neonatal asphyxia rate and postpartum blood loss in experimental group were significantly better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing in painless labor can effectively increase the rate of natural delivery and reduce the incidence of adverse events in childbirth and neonates.
