优质护理在妊高征产妇中的应用效果

Application Effect of High-quality Nursing for Pregnant Women with Hypertension

目的探讨优质护理在妊高征产妇中的应用效果。方法挑选2018年4月至2019年8月本院收治的106例妊高征患者,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组53例,对照组采取常规护理,试验组采取优质护理,比较两组子痫与先兆子痫的发生率、新生儿Apgar评分、新生儿体质量以及产妇护理前后的负性情绪变化情况[焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)]。结果护理后,两组患者的SDS及SAS评分均较护理前明显下降,且试验组下降幅度明显比对照组大(P<0.05)。试验组子痫与先兆子痫发生率为5.66%、20.75%,对照组为33.96%、47.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组,新生儿体质量低于试验组(P<0.05)。结论与采取常规护理比较,对妊高征患者采取优质护理的效果更佳,可而降低子痫与先兆子痫发生率,改善产妇的负性情绪以及新生儿结局。

Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing mode in clinical pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods A total of 106 cases of PIH patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,53 cases in each group.The control group were given routine nursing care,and the experimental group were given high-quality nursing.The incidence of eclampsia and preeclampsia,Apgar index,neonatal body weight,and the changes of SDS and SAS scores before and after nursing were compared between the experimental group and the control group.Results After nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased than before nursing,and the decrease range of the experimental group was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of eclampsia and preeclampsia in the experimental group were 5.66%and 20.75%,and in the control group were 33.96%and 47.17%,respectively(P<0.05);the Apgar index score of experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the neonatal weight was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional care,the effect of high-quality care for patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension is better,which can reduce the incidence of eclampsia and preeclampsia,and improve the negative emotions of the mother and the outcome of the newborn.
