循证护理对提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者呼吸训练依从性的效果分析

Effect of Evidence-based Nursing on Improving Compliance of Respiratory Training in Patients with ChronicObstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的分析循证护理对提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者呼吸训练依从性的效果。方法选取2018年8月至2019年8月我院收治的COPD患者106例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=53,常规护理)与观察组(n=53,循证护理),对比两组护理效果。结果护理后,观察组FEV1、FEV1/FVC等肺功能指标水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理训练依从率(96.23%)高于对照组(77.36%)(P<0.05);观察组SF-36生活质量量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理在COPD患者护理中应用,可以提高COPD患者呼吸训练依从性,效果显著,且可提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing on improving the compliance of respiratory training in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods One hundred and six patients with COPD in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=53,routine nursing)and observation group(n=53,evidence-based nursing)according to the random number table method.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the pulmonary function indexes of observation group were higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the compliance rate of nursing training in observation group(96.23%)was higher than that of control group(77.36%)(P<0.05);SF-36 quality of life scale score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of COPD patients can improve the compliance of respiratory training of COPD patients,with significant effect,and can improve the quality of life of patients.
