心理应激对策在治疗慢性盆腔炎护理中的应用分析

Application of Psychological Stress Countermeasures in the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探讨心理应激对策应用于慢性盆腔炎护理中的效果。方法将2018年2月至2019年6月到我院进行治疗的82例慢性盆腔炎患者应用抽签法则分为观察组和对照组,各41例。观察组行心理应激对策,对照组行常规护理,分别比较两组患者的护理。结果观察组健康知识知晓率、治疗依从性分别为97.56%(40/41)、95.12%(39/41),高于对照组的75.61%(31/41)、73.17%(30/41),P<0.05;观察组SAS评分、SDS评分明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论对慢性盆腔炎患者通过心理应激对策进行护理干预所发挥的效果优于常规护理,可提升患者对健康知识的知晓率,改善治疗依从性,提升心理质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of psychological stress measures in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 82 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease who were treated in our hospital from February 2018 to June 2019 were divided into observation group and control group.The number of the two groups was the same.The observation group received psychological stress countermeasures,and the control group received routine nursing care.The nursing care of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The awareness rate of health knowledge and treatment compliance in the observation group were 97.56%(40/41)and 95.12%(39/41)respectively,which were higher than those in the control group of 75.61%(31/41)and 73.17%(30/41),P<0.05.The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention on patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease through psychological stress is better than conventional nursing,which can improve the awareness of health knowledge,improve treatment compliance and improve psychological quality.
