人文护理在内分泌护理中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the Application Effect of Humanistic Nursing in Endocrine Nursing

目的探讨对内分泌类疾病患者实施人文护理的应用效果。方法将2019年3月至2020年4月到我院进行治疗的90例内分泌类疾病患者按随机方法分为观察组与对照组,每组平均45例。分别对两组患者配合人文护理和常规护理,对不同护理后患者的恢复情况进行比较。结果干预后观察组满意度明显高于对照组,不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论对内分泌类疾病患者实施人文护理干预能有效促进患者护理满意度的提升,综合改善相关不良事件的发生率,稳定患者的心理情绪,对促进病症的恢复发挥了重要的作用。

Objective To study the effect of humanistic nursing in the process of nursing for patients with endocrine disorders.Methods The 90 endocrine disease patients who came to our hospital for treatment from March 2019 to April 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with an average of 45 cases in each group.The two groups of patients were matched with humanistic nursing and conventional nursing,and the recovery of patients after different nursing was compared.Results After the intervention,the observation group's satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05;the observation group's scores on the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were significantly lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Interventions for patients with endocrine diseases through humanistic nursing can effectively promote the improvement of patient satisfaction,comprehensively improve the incidence of related adverse events,stabilize patients'psychological emotions,play an important role in promoting the recovery of the disease.
