预见性护理对降低阴道分娩产妇产后出血的护理效果

Effect of Predictive Nursing on Reducing Postpartum Bleeding in Vaginal Delivery

目的研究预见性护理对降低阴道分娩产妇产后出血的护理效果。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月我院收治的150例行阴道分娩的产妇进行研究。将所有产妇临床基本信息录入计算机中,利用计算机随机分组法分成对照组(75例)和观察组(75例)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施预见性护理。实施护理干预后,比较两组产妇产后出血发生率及产后2 h、24 h平均出血量。结果与对照组相比,观察组产后出血发生率更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产后2 h、24 h平均出血量显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对阴道分娩产妇实施预见性护理的临床效果显著,能显著降低产后出血发生率,减少产后出血量,利于产妇尽快康复。

Objective To study the effect of predictive nursing care on reducing postpartum hemorrhage in vaginal delivery women.Methods A total of 150 cases of vaginal delivery women admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected for the study.The basic clinical information of all parturients was entered into the computer,and the computer was randomly divided into a control group(75 cases)and an observation group(75 cases).The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given predictive care.After the implementation of nursing intervention,the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and the average blood loss at 2 hours and 24 hours after delivery were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a lower incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average blood loss at 2 hours and 24 hours postpartum in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of predictive nursing for women who give birth to vagina is significant,which can significantly reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,and help the women recover as soon as possible.
