摘要
目的研究中心血站采血护理人员与青年献血者的沟通技巧及影响。方法抽选2019年4月至2020年6月中心血站的青年献血者600名设为研究对象,依照献血顺序分为观察组和对照组,各300名。对照组接受常规干预,观察组接受基于沟通技巧的护理干预。对比两组护理满意度及不良反应发生率。结果观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在中心血站护理人员采血工作过程中,针对青年献血者实施优质高效的言语沟通技巧护理措施,可有效提升献血者的献血体验,提高采血工作质量,降低青年献血者的不良反应发生率。
Objective To study and analyze the communication skills and influence of blood collection nurses and young blood donors in the blood station of the research center.Methods A selection of 600 young blood donors from the central blood station from April 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the order of blood donation,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 300 each.The control group received routine intervention,and the observation group received nursing intervention based on communication skills.Compare the two groups of nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the blood collection process of nurses in the central blood station,the implementation of high-quality and efficient verbal communication skills nursing measures for young blood donors can effectively improve the blood donation experience of blood donors,improve the quality of blood collection work,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions among young blood donors.
