个体化饮食护理干预在糖尿病合并甲亢患者中的应用价值

Application Value of Individualized Diet Nursing Intervention in Diabetic Patients with Hyperthyroidism

目的研究个体化饮食护理干预在糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)患者中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月至2020年10月我院收治的110例糖尿病合并甲亢患者作为此次研究对象,根据入诊时间将其排序,单数患者为研究组(55例),双数患者为参照组(55例)。研究组给予个体化饮食护理干预,参照组给予常规护理干预。观察比较两组患者的不良反应发生率、生活质量以及护理满意度情况。结果研究组的不良反应发生率、各项生活质量评分、护理满意度均优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并甲亢患者采用个体化饮食护理干预可以明显提高患者的生活质量,降低其不良反应发生率,提高其护理满意度。

Objective To study the application value of individualized diet nursing intervention in patients with diabetes and hyperthyroidism.Methods The 110 patients with diabetes and hyperthyroidism admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 are selected as the study objects,and they are sorted according to the time of admission.The odd number patients are the study group(55 cases),and the even number patients are the reference group(55 cases).The study group was given individualized diet nursing intervention,and the reference group was given routine nursing intervention.Observe and compare the incidence of adverse reactions,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results The incidence of adverse reactions,various quality of life scores,and nursing satisfaction in the study group were better than those in the reference group.(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized diet nursing intervention for patients with diabetes and hyperthyroidism can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve their nursing satisfaction.
