人性化护理在糖尿病患者临床护理中的应用价值

目的研究人性化护理在糖尿病患者临床护理中的应用价值。方法选取我院2018年7月至2019年9月收治的94例糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组与试验组,各47例。试验组实施人性化护理,对照组实施常规护理。对比两组患者对护理人员工作质量评分以及护理前后血糖指标、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果两组护理前的血糖指标以及SDS和SAS评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与护理前相比,两组护理后的血糖指标以及SDS和SAS评分均较本组护理前显著下降,且试验组的下降幅度显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组对护理人员的整体印象、交流沟通、病房管理、工作实效评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者实施人性化护理,不仅能改善患者的血糖指标及焦虑抑郁程度,还能明显提高患者对护理人员工作质量的评分。

Objective To study the application value of humanized nursing in the clinical nursing of diabetic patients.Methods A total of 94 diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to September 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a experimental group,with 47 cases in each group.The experimental group was given humanized nursing,and the control group was given routine nursing.The two groups of patients were compared with the nursing staff's work quality scores,as well as the blood glucose indicators before and after nursing,the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the blood glucose index and SDS and SAS scores before nursing between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with before nursing,the blood glucose index and SDS and SAS scores of the two groups after nursing were significantly lower than those of this group before nursing,and the decline of the experimental group was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group's overall impression of nursing staff,communication,ward management,and work effectiveness scores were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of humanized nursing for diabetic patients can not only improve the patient's blood glucose index and the degree of anxiety and depression,but also significantly improve the patient's rating of the quality of nursing staff.
