延续护理对肾功能衰竭血液透析患者生活质量和疗效的影响

Analysis of Quality of Life and Curative Effect of Continuous Nursing Care in Hemodialysis Patients with Renal Failure

目的探讨对接受血液透析的肾功能衰竭患者应用延续护理的效果及对生活质量的影响。方法研究对象以98例肾功能衰竭接受血液透析患者为例,将护理模式不同作为分组依据,分成常规护理组与延续护理组。其中常规护理组49例患者予以常规护理模式,延续护理组予以延续护理模式,比较两组护理效果。结果延续护理组治疗总有效率(95.92%)显著高于常规护理组(81.63%),对比差异显著(P<0.05)。两组护理前生活质量各项评分,无显著性差异(P>0.05);经护理干预后,延续护理组情感功能评分、角色功能评分、社会功能评分与总体健康评分显著高于常规护理组,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论将延续护理应用在行血液透析的肾功能衰竭患者中具有显著效果,不仅能够有效提高临床疗效的同时,还能够改善患者生活质量,可广泛应用。

Objective To explore the effect of continuing care on renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis and its impact on the quality of life.Methods Ninety-eight patients with renal failure undergoing hemodialysis were selected as the research objects,and the different nursing modes were divided into routine nursing group and continuing nursing group.Among them,49 patients in the routine nursing group were given routine nursing mode,while the continuing nursing group was given continuous nursing mode.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the continuing nursing group(95.92%)was significantly higher than that in the routine nursing group(81.63%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing intervention,the emotional function score,role function score,social function score,and overall health score of the continuing nursing group were significantly higher than those of the routine nursing group.The contrast was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous nursing in hemodialysis patients with renal failure has significant effect,not only can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,but also can improve the quality of life of patients,which can be widely used.
