摘要
目的探讨整体护理在缺铁性贫血患者中的应用效果。方法随机选取本院2018年4月至2019年3月收治的86例缺铁性贫血患者作为研究对象,将其分为试验组(43例)和对照组(43组),对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用整体护理,对比两组患者的护理满意度和护理依从性。结果试验组总依从性、护理满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论整体护理可提高缺铁性贫血患者的护理依从性,有助于提升患者的满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing in the nursing of iron deficiency anemia.Methods A total of 86 cases of iron deficiency anemia patients in our hospital from April 2018 to March 2019 were randomly selected as the research objects,and they were divided into experimental group(43 cases)and control group(43 cases).The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given holistic nursing.The nursing satisfaction and nursing compliance of the two groups were compared.Results The total compliance and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing can improve nursing compliance,improve the nursing satisfaction.
