优质护理干预在产科护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of High-quality Nursing Intervention in Obstetric Nursing

目的采用优质护理策略对产科患者进行护理,帮助其顺利度过分娩过程,提升整个过程的舒适度和满意度。方法选取2019年1月至2019年10月于本院分娩的180例孕妇作为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同将其分成两组,每组90例,对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组则采用优质护理措施,比较两组产妇的护理效果[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、护理满意度。结果观察组产妇的SAS、SDS评分分别为(29.15±2.27)分和(27.63±3.12)分,对照组分别为(33.25±2.44)分和(32.26±2.55)分,组间对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的理满意度为95.56%(86/90),明显高于对照组的85.56%(77/90),组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用优质护理措施能够提升产妇的分娩质量,改善其不良情绪,提升分娩过程中产妇的满意度。

Objective To use high-quality nursing strategy to observe and nurse obstetric patients,help them to pass through the delivery process smoothly,and improve the comfort and satisfaction of the whole process.Methods We selected 180 pregnant women who gave birth in our hospital from January 2019 to October 2019 as the research objects,and divided them into two groups according to the different nursing methods,each with 90 cases.The control group was given routine nursing measures,while the observation group was given high-quality nursing.The nursing effect[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Selfrating Depression Acale(SDS)]and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The maternal SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were(29.15±2.27)and(27.63±3.12)points,respectively,and the control group were(33.25±2.44)points and(32.26±2.55)points,respectively.There were statistical differences between the groups(P<0.05).The observation group's patient satisfaction degree was 95.56%(86/90),which was significantly higher than the control group's 85.56%(77/90).The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting highquality nursing measures can improve the delivery quality of the parturient,improve their bad mood,and increase the satisfaction of the parturient during the delivery process.
