精神病患者围手术期护理中的安全隐患及防范措施

Discussion on Safety Hazards and Preventive Measures in Surgical Care of Patients with Mental Illness

目的探讨精神病患者围手术期护理中的安全隐患及防范措施。方法我院自2018年6月开始对精神病患者围手术期中存在的安全隐患进行分析,并据此调整防范措施。分别于实施防范措施前(2017年6月至2018年5月)、实施防范措施后(2018年6月至2019年5月)各选取55例患者进行观察,对比两组患者的手术依从性与不良反应发生情况。结果精神病患者围手术期中的安全隐患包括患者依从性差、患者暴力行为、患者突发疾病、意外受伤风险等。实施防范措施后,患者的手术依从性(83.64%)显著高于实施前(65.45%),不良反应总发生率(3.64%)低于实施前(18.18%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神病患者思维混乱、精神敏感,对手术及护理的依从性往往较差,存在较多的安全隐患。临床通过采取有效的防范措施可提高其手术依从性,减少不良反应的发生,保障手术的顺利进行。

Objective To explore the safety hazards and preventive measures in surgical care of patients with mental illness.Methods Our hospital began to analyze the safety hazards in the surgical care of mental patients since June 2018,and adjusted the preventive measures.Before implementation preventive measures(from June 2017 to May 2018)and after implementation preventive measures(from June 2018 to May 2019),55 patients were selected for observation,and the compliance and adverse events during the operation were compared.Results The safety hazards in surgical care of patients with mental illness include poor patient compliance,patient violence,sudden illness,and risk of accidental injury.After the implementation of preventive measures,the patient compliance rate(83.64%)was significantly higher than before the implementation(65.45%),the incidence of adverse events(3.64%)was lower than before the implementation(18.18%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mental patients are confused and mentally sensitive,and often have poor compliance with surgery and nursing,and there are many potential safety hazards.Effective preventive measures can improve the compliance of the operation,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and ensure the smooth progress of the operation.
