摘要
为筛选出防除旱雀麦的土壤处理除草剂,采用温室盆栽法对3种土壤处理除草剂进行了室内生物测定。试验结果表明:供试的3种药剂对旱雀麦均具有较高的除草活性,其中氟噻草胺对旱雀麦活性最高ED_(90)为68.55g a.i/hm^(2);其次是吡氟酰草胺ED_(90)为107.08g a.i/hm^(2);砜吡草唑最低ED_(90)为140.45g a.i/hm^(2)。3种除草剂ED_(90)由高到低的顺序为氟噻草胺>吡氟酰草胺>砜吡草唑,ED_(90)值均低于各自田间推荐剂量。
In order to screen out soil treatment herbicides for controlling Bromus tectorum L.,three herbicides for soil treatment were tested with bioassay in laboratory by greenhouse pot method.The results showed that all the three herbicides had high herbicidal activity to Bromus tectorum L.,which flufenacet had the highest herbicidal activity with ED_(90)of 68.55g a.i/hm^(2);secondly,the ED_(90)of diflufenican was 107.08g a.i/hm^(2);The pyroxasulfone had the lowest herbicidal activity with ED_(90)was 140.45g a.i/hm^(2).The order of ED_(90)of three herbicides from high to low was flufenacet>diflufenican>pyroxasulfone,and the ED_(90)values were all lower than the recommended doses in their fields.
