摘要
本文在分析我国蔬菜尾菜产生的来源、现状和危害的基础上,提出了蔬菜尾菜处理的途径,包括肥料化、饲料化和能源化并进行了展望,以期为尾菜的高效利用提供一定的参考。
Based on the analysis of source,present situation and hazard of waste vegetables and fruits in China,this paper puts forward treatment ways of waste vegetables and fruits,including fertilizer,feed and energy,and carring out a prospect,in order to provide a reference for the efficient use of waste vegetables and fruits.
